Day 1

Transport from the Zagreb airport to the center of Zagreb. Walking through the capital of Croatia with a tour leader. Lunch break. Transport to the accommodation - beautiful 4*Villas with a pool in Istria. Free time for rest from the flight. A trip to Groznjan. Known as the town of artists, Groznjan offers a lot of creative and artistic activities! You will get lost in galleries and ateliers of Groznjan artists and maybe stumble upon The Church of St Vitus which dates from the year 1300. You will fall in love with Groznjan’s most attractive sights: old walls, forts, churches and monuments and have beautiful memories that you will reminisce about on rainy days. Transport from  Groznjan to Coronica winery. Mr. Moreno; the owner of Coronica said that beauty is produced by nature or by humans, but the gifted wines of Coronica are the product of both. Enjoying the wine tasting and light dinner in Coronica family's winery in the middle of their vineyards. In Coronica winery you can try different specialties like Coronica Crno, Coronica Gran Malvasia, Coronica Gran Teran and Coronica Malvasia. Organized transport from Coronica to Villa.


Day 2

Breakfast in the Villa. A facultative trip to Cape Kamenjak. This Nature Park is situated on the Premantura peninsula close to Pula. With an extraordinary landscape, rugged coastline and peaceful beaches to enjoy this is an excellent way to spend the day. Free time for lunch. A trip to Motovun. Motovun is a fabulous town situated on the top of a small hill in central Istria. This town in Croatia is hosting international Motovun Film Festival every year since 1999.  While you are there, go back to the Medieval ages and take a glance at the Motovun forest while you are up there! You will be enchanted when you see that this town is connected by a system of internal and external fortifications with towers and city gates containing elements of Romanesque, Gothic and Renaissance styles. If you are a nature enthusiast, you can visit the river Mirna and enjoy the famous Motovun/Montona forest, an area of about 10 square kilometers that differs completely not only from the nearby forests but also from those of the entire surrounding region because of its wildlife, moist soil and rich-with-prized-black-and-white truffles. Organized transport from Motovun to Kabola for dinner and wine tasting. Kabola brand is nurturing centuries-old tradition. They are taking care of winegrowing, winemaking and hosting guests for wine tasting hang-outs. The specific climate of the Istrian hinterland and the clay soil rich in marl give the wines a recognizable flavor and aroma. Day 3

Breakfast in Villa. Transport to Rovinj. Free time for lunch. Walking through the old town with a tour leader. Enjoy that charming Venetian style architecture, visit ruins and admire the Cathedral in Rovinj. This town will awaken the romantic within you, with a beautiful view of The Bell Tower that captures red-tiled roofs and colorful windows you will be inspired to take as many photos as possible! If you are more of an art admirer, visit small art and antiquity shops that are spread all across town. There is so much to do here; activities that range from bird watching, scuba diving, sunset paddling, olive oil tasting, horseback riding, sea kayaking to fishing and dining locally since Rovinj has a long lasting fishing tradition! Transport from Rovinj to Matošević winery. The Matošević wine cellar is located in the small town of Krunčići. In this green part of Istria wine has always been more than a beverage, that is the part of the identity of local residents in this area. After the tour of the cellar and explanation of the entire production process, you will try homemade traditional food and wines. Basic wines you can try here are Alba and Aura, mature wines – Alba Barrique, Alba Robinia, Alba Antiqua, and Mora. There are also Grimaldi red and white wine. Transport to accommodation.


Day 4

Breakfast in Villa. Transport to Pula. Meet the star of Pula, one of the best preserved Roman amphitheaters, the Pula Arena! Feel like a Roman Emperor while sightseeing a multitude of ancient Roman buildings. Taste luxurious wines or go fishing, you will have a blast! There is no question about that. Explore the city then take a  ride on a bike to the resorts at the Verudela Peninsula! A series of beautiful beaches are waiting for you! Breathe in fragrant pine groves and then take a break at a seaside café, your coffee will taste like heaven! Lunch break. Optional trip on a boat to the National Park Brijuni, group of fourteen small islands in the northern Adriatic Sea. The Brijuni Islands will take your journey to a completely different level. There is a safari park that you will get to experience on a train ride! Visit the remains of the Roman villa rustic from the I. century B.C. in the bay of Verige. You do not need to know scuba diving to visit the well-known hydro-archaeological site, you will need a mask and a snorkel! Take a walk or a bike ride on The Path of Good Vibrations and feel the magic of the moment! Many celebrities did recognize island Brijuni as a unique place to visit – such as Orson Welles, Richard Burton, Elizabeth Taylor, Kirk Douglas, Sophia Loren, Luciano Pavarotti and Angelina Jolie. The first president of Yugoslavia Josip Broz Tito used to had his residence at Brijuni islands. While Tito was enjoying in his private paradise, Queen Elizabeth II, Fidel Castro, and many other presidents were coming to visit him. There is a museum on the island dedicated to him. Day 5

The town is entirely made of stone, and it is famous for romantic and passionate energy in the air. During 1743 Casanova was walking by this streets with a lovely lady from family Soardo. If you want to discover what love is again, this is the perfect place to go. Free time for lunch. After the sightseeing, transport to Kozlović winery. Philosophy of Kozlović's family is based on togetherness which is preserved through generations. They are offering Teran – their „wild child“, Muscat – „the pearl of Istria“, Malvasia, homemade olive oil and Muscat grappa served in their modern wine bar hidden far away from city noise.


Day 6

Breakfast in Villa. Optional customised boat trip to the island with a tour leader. Boat ride through Limski Kanal, panoramic cruise along the national park Brijuni, cruise through the Vrsar archipelago and past old Istrian towns or fishing. Transport to Degrassi winery. The winery Degrassi is located in Savudrija and is emphasized as one of the most popular Istrian wine producers. Vineyards are distributed on white and red Istrian land. There is a wine cellar filled with wooden barrels and traditionally furnished tasting room.  Degrassi brand can offer white wines – Malvasia, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Viognier, Moscato and Terre Bianche Cuvee Blanc, and red wines – Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Terre Rosse, Teran, Refošk, Terre Bianche Cuvee Rouge, Pinot Noir and Syrah. Day 7

Breakfast in Villa. Check out. Organized transport with a tour leader to Hum. Hum is the smallest town in the world. There are 21 inhabitants living in Hum. After a very short tour around the Hum, next destination is Motovun.  Transport from Hum to the airport.
